RAFT workshops are designed to facilitate the practice of hands-on learning, to offer low-cost professional development opportunities, and enrich the education of children.

Learning the RAFT way is a hands-on adventure—for everyone. Our material-based projects are unique, insightful, and fun while our computer-based projects invite further hands-on exploration using Internet tools and resources.

Within our workshops, you can look forward to:

  • Receiving enough RAFT materials to implement activities shared in hands-on classes.
  • Taking hands-on computer courses and integrating technology into the curriculum.
  • Being taught in a comfortable setting, by skilled instructors with relevant classroom experience.
  • Meeting professional development requirements and improving in-class techniques.
