Data Collection
For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the referring URL, the IP address, the Operating System and the Web Browser type. This is typical of all web servers. This information is not directly related to your personal information such as your name.
We collect aggregate information on what pages and files site users access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information and/or workshop registrations.
Our scripts may use cookies. Cookies are used for user authentication purposes only. Our scripts only read cookies made by scripts located on our server.
All data collected is confidential and will not be sold or shared with third party companies.

Member Information
You may be contacted at your email and/or postal address for reasons related to your RAFT member account. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.
Telephone numbers will only be used to contact members with information regarding orders that they have placed or to resolve problems with their account.
Members are required to provide us with your correct name, email address, physical address, and phone number. We will never share your contact information with any commercial third party organization.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, validate member identity, and to notify consumers about purchases and/or account updates. Personal information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Personal information can/will be shared with investigative authorities if fraudulent activities are suspected.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. RAFT members may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us.
By using the RAFT website, you agree to allow RAFT to use your written comments in its promotional materials at no cost.
At any time, we offer RAFT members the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information and unique identifiers.
Members can have this information corrected by contacting our membership department.
Financial Information
Financial information is collected by RAFT. Before financial transactions are done, we redirect members to a secure page on our web server to safely process the payment.
